Thank You For Growing With Us

Howdy! When Julie and I started Nelson Plant Food in 1983, we knew that we would have to build something special if we wanted to survive. We were a tiny blip on the horticulture radar here in Texas. We had to have exceptional products and exceptional service. Last year, we started sending surveys out after every order to see how we are doing. Three questions. The answers, honestly, have been very humbling to all of us at NPF. The first question was, “How was your ordering experience?” 84% said “excellent” and 97% said “good or excellent”. The next question was, “How was your delivery experience?” 81% said “excellent” and 87% said “good or excellent”. Here’s the kicker: “Would you recommend Nelson Plant Food?”……100%. Thank you all very much for the opportunity to make this world a better place.
