We offer Standard Ground shipping. 

Orders received by 12 pm EST are shipped on the next business day via our Standard Ground shipping option. 

US Carrier Return Policy

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns after 7 days of the product's delivery and only items that have been damaged during delivery or a malfunctioning product. Please follow the steps below to ensure the timely processing of your return:

1. Give us a call at +1 (979) 865-8596 and explain why you wish to return the product.
2. If your item has been approved for return, please enclose the invoice in the item’s original package and mail the item to:

1. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or give store credit within 14 business days. Return credit does not include the original shipping charges.

Returned items must be in new condition in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or that indicate use will not be accepted for return.

Any clearance items purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not liable for return shipping costs nor lost packages without tracking nor are we liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return invoice enclosed. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
