NutriStar Genesis Transplant Mix

NutriStar Genesis Transplant Mix is specially formulated to help plants transition successfully into their new growing environment. Featuring an NPK analysis of 6-1-3, this blend provides essential nutrients that encourage healthy root development and strong early growth after transplanting. By supporting plants during the critical relocation stage, Genesis helps reduce transplant shock and promotes faster establishment in the soil.

For best results, mix 1.5 cups of Genesis per cubic foot (or 7 gallons) of planting mix. Thoroughly blend the fertilizer into the planting mix before transplanting. Dig a planting hole twice the size of the plant’s root ball to allow room for root expansion. Place the plant in the hole and backfill with the Genesis-amended mix, ensuring it surrounds the entire root ball. After planting, finish by topdressing with the appropriate Nelson Plant Food NutriStar or NatureStar fertilizer to continue feeding your plant as it establishes.
