Our Story
In 1982, Dean and Julie Nelson started a fertilizer and plant food business that would custom blend their product to meet the unique needs of professional growers, landscapers, and even homeowners.

Every custom blend at Nelson Plant Food starts with a conversation. We understand that no two nurseries are alike, so we listen, test, assess and address the issues your individual company faces in keeping costs to a minimum while producing larger yields.
